Great location and really pleased we brought our bikes ! The road to the left of the cottage up the Glen is really lovely, the scenery just gets better and better the further up you go—a really gentle ride…appear to be the bird’s and squirrel’s favourite.  The cottage is a great base and comfortable, a few sharp knives and the addition of a bath mat would be good (now provided). Many thanks.
Andrew and Philippa,  Jack and Kara, Nottingham

The cottage was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed.  A good base to visit surrounding area—our dog loved the walks,

Very many thanks for a quiet, clean and VERY warm holiday cottage.  Walking and skiing fantastic

30/3/13  Bob,  Rossendale

Was this really spring ?  Biting wind and arctic temperatures at night and mountains smothered in very deep snow….oh and wall to wall sunshine…..perfection in a week.  Thanks again for a great cottage which is a perfect base for trips into the hills for winter walking expeditions, a couple of visits to the local ski resorts and handy fishing plus a visit to the Comrie Animal Park…..it was great to come back and sunbathe in the front garden.   It was great to relax and then resurrect the ‘Great Woodcutters of Glen Lochay’ to provide logs for the open fire in the evening.  The week has just gone too quickly !

4.6.10 The Fraser family, Lincolnshire

A wonderfully comfortable cottage that felt like a home from home we are all sad to leave this great location. Brilliant garden with great wildlife including Jays, a variety of blue/great/coal tits, a woodpecker, a mouse and a great flight display by the bat in the bedroom! (That will teach us not to shut the windows at dusk). The weather got better as the days went by but it didn't stop the journeys out. Good local walks plus Eiliah (age 6) did her first 2 Munroes (Tarmachan Ridge & Meall nan Tarmachan) and talking all the way up both. Great 'last supper' at Bridge of Lochay hotel brought our week to an end. Thanks so much as we have much more to come back to.
